Dr Michael Kearney MD,DCH,MRCGP (Chairperson & Trustee)
Dr Kearney is a graduate of UCC. He participated in the UCC training scheme for general practice. He is currently a partner in Manor Street Practice. He is involved in post-graduate professional development and was chairman of the North Dublin Faculty of the Irish College of General Practice from 1993-1996. He has been Trustee of the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund Society of Ireland since 2011.
Dr Emer Allen MD, LRCPI &SI, MRCPI, MICGP (Secretary)
Dr Allen graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1998. She worked in paediatrics prior to training as a GP on the RCSI general practice training scheme.She has been working in general practice in Dublin since 2011. She has been a committee member of the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund society of Ireland since 2013.
Dr Andree Rochfort MD, MRCGP (Trustee)
Dr Rochfort is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin (1987). She is a staff member of the Irish College of General Practitioners since March 2000, as Director of the Doctors’ Health Programme and is the Irish national representative to the European Society for Quality and Safety in General Practice, EQuiP, since 2007. Andree is on the Board of the European Association for Physician Health ().
Dr Kevin Mac Partlin MD, MRCGP (Treasurer)
Dr Mac Partlin graduated from UCD in 1971. He worked in General Practice since 1976 and is now semi retired. He is a member of the Irish College of General Practice. He is the Honarary Treasurer of the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund Society of Ireland.
Dr Tom Donnelly MD, MFOM, FRCPI (Communications Officer & Trustee)
Dr Donnelly is a graduate from UCD Medical School (1987). He is an Occupational Health Physician with the Irish Civil Service. He has been a member of the Council of the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund Society of Ireland since 2018.
Dr Sheila Mac Evilly MD, LRCPI & SI. DCH. DPH
Dr Mac Evilly graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1968. She formerly worked as a Senior Medical Officer, Community Health Medicine for the Eastern Health Board and was appointed Medical Co-ordinator of Services for Older People in 1995. She was the Chairperson of the Carers Association from 1993-1995.
Dr Ciaran Waters MD MRCPsych MCPsychl,
Dr Waters graduated from NUI, Galway (NUIG) in 2014. After completion of his Internship he commenced basic specialist training (BST) in Psychiatry in 2015. He is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists(UK) and Irish College of Psychiatrists since 2018. He commenced Higher Specialist Training (HST) in 2020, specialising in Old age and General Adult Psychiatry. He is a member of the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund Society of Ireland since 2019.
Dr Kezanne Tong MD
Dr Tong graduated from NUI, Galway in 2013, she did her internship in Galway and Letterkenny. She completed her Basic Specailist Training (BST) in Psychiatry with the NUIG Deanery in 2019 and commenced Higher Specialist Training (HST) in Psychiatry in 2019. She is a member of the Trainee Committee of the College of Pychiatrists of Ireland. She joined the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund Society of Ireland in 2019.

Dr Walsh is a Consultant Pyschiatrist in Galway University Hospital
Dr Stephen V Ryan MD, DCH DObst MICGP
Dr Ryan is a graduate of UCD (1976). He was a partner in General Practice in Rathmullan and Milford, Co Donegal from 1980-1987. He was principal in a General Practice at Kimmage Medical Centre, Dublin 12 from 1987-2016. He was Chairman of the William Stokes Faculty ICGP 1996-1999 and also served on the Liason Committees of St James’ Hospital and The Coombe Women’s’ Hospital from 1996-1999. Dr Ryan has been involved in RCSI in undergraduate teaching and examining since 1987 and continues to serve as an examiner in General Practice for them
