Dr Lynch graduated from UCC Medical School in 1956. She is the former Director of Community Care for the HSE, Tivoli Road, Dun Laoighre. She has been Trustee of the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund Society of Ireland since 2003.
Dr Alan O’Grady, MB. FFOM
Dr O’Grady previously worked in General Practice in Donnybrook, Dublin 4 and was Director of Student Health Services in UCD. He was also Chairman of the Royal Hospital, Donnybrook. He has been Trustee and Past Secretary of the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund Society of Ireland since the early 1990s.
Dr Michael Kearney, MB.BCH.BAO.DCH.MRGGP
Dr Kearney is a graduate of UCC. He participated in the UCC training scheme for general practice. He is currently a partner in Manor Street Practice. He is involved in post-graduate professional development and was chairman of the North Dublin Faculty of the Irish College of General Practice from 1993-1996. He has been Trustee of the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund Society of Ireland since 2011.
Dr Susan Mc Manus, MD, MSc
Dr McManus is a graduate from UCD Medical School. She was a Consultant in Medical Genetics at the Rotunda Hospital, Mater Misericordiae University Hospital and at the Children’s University Hospital Temple Street. She was Governor or the Rotunda Hospital 1986-2009. She previously worked as a lecturer in UCD Medical School and was a lecturer in Medical Genetics Trinity College Dublin. She has been a member of the Committee of the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund Society since the early 1990s.
Dr Jean Crean, LRCPI & SI. DCH. DPH
Dr Crean graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons and previously worked in Jervis Street Hospital, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital and Wexford County Hospital. She has worked for many years in Eastern Health Board and is currently a Senior Medical Officer in Community Care Services for the HSE. She has been a member of the Committee of the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund Society of Ireland since 2013.
Dr Emer Allen LRCPI &SI, MRCPI, MICGP
Dr Allen graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1998. She worked in paediatrics prior to training as a GP on the RCSI general practice training scheme.She has been working in general practice in Dublin since 2011. She has been a committee member of the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund society since 2013.
Dr Sheila Mac Evilly, LRCPI & SI. DCH. DPH
Dr Mac Evilly graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1968. She formerly worked as a Senior Medical Officer, Community Health Medicine for the Eastern Health Board and was appointed Medical Co-ordinator of Services for Older People in 1995. She was the Chairperson of the Carers Association from 1993-1995. She has been Secretary/Treasurer of the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund Society since 2010.
